Villa Marcosignori is an 18th-century property located in the Marche region of Italy, nestled on the scenic hills of Senigallia, just 3 Km. from the city downtown and the Adriatic seaside, within an exclusive residential area that includes approximately 10 historic villas, all of them part of an Historical Villas Route. Villa Marcosignori was one of the country villas under the Papal State territory with Pope Pius the Ninth, born in Senigallia. In 1974, the villa was fully renovated by architect Cometti and features a unique dual entrance. The main entrance leads through a 0.9-hectare Italian garden, complete with fruit trees and palm groves.

The villa is built over three above-ground floors, with a basement. The ground floor includes an entrance hall, a spacious and bright double living room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a 180-degree view of the garden, a dining room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, as well as a veranda and a walkable terrace.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor, which hosts four bedrooms (two of which have en-suite bathrooms). Two of the bedrooms have walkable terraces, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills. There is also another bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms. The same staircase continues to the second floor, an attic with two bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional terrace with countryside and hills view. The villa also features a cellar with a garage, storage rooms, and an extra toilet.

There is a permit from the local Municipality to add a swimming pool to the property.

The hills of Senigallia offer a charming landscape and are an attractive alternative to Italy's more crowded hotspots. Experience authentic Italy with its idyllic rolling hills, quaint villages and Mediterranean charm!

Prospective buyers from the United Kingdom are welcome. We speak English. The sale is commission-free and from private family ownership.
