When exporting properties from your CMS to REALPORTICO, listings are automatically optimized and localised for each language.

Most real estate software solutions offer the option to distribute property listings to additional portals via an individual interface or export format. You can check whether your software supports REALPORTICO in the overview below.

If you use proprietary real estate software and would like to connect it directly to REALPORTICO, we can also develop a custom interface. Costs depend on the technical requirements and scope of the integration.

The listing options described below are available to business account holders only. If you are an agency or professional property seller and do not yet have an account, you can create a free account here. Private sellers can add listings manually through the portal.

Once you have an account, you will find all the information and login details you need for your chosen listing method in your account. You can also select your software or the data format you want to use from the available options.

When you send your listings to REALPORTICO through an integrated software solution, we process the data before publication. Missing details relevant to historic properties and translations are added automatically.

Listings are usually published within one hour of being received. Depending on the software you use and how often it sends updates, publication may take longer.

Only historic properties for sale can be published. These include, in particular, castles, palaces, manor houses, country estates, period mansions and other properties with distinctive architectural features or a significant historic character.

Ordinary residential properties and houses without distinctive architectural or historic features, of the kind widely available on the general property market, cannot be published.

Listings that do not fall into any of the categories above, as well as rental properties, are not included in the import.

This section provides an overview of the systems and data formats currently supported by REALPORTICO. Once the initial setup is complete, these integration options can be used at no additional cost.

1. OpenImmo XML

OpenImmo XML is the standard data exchange format used across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Property listings are transferred to portals as XML files via FTP or FTPS. Most real estate software solutions, including onOffice, Flowfact and Propstack, support this standard.

How to transfer listings to REALPORTICO using OpenImmo XML

  1. In your REALPORTICO account, select OpenImmo XML as the data format.
  2. Create a new portal in your software using the REALPORTICO access details.
  3. Test the connection.
  4. Export your property listings.

2. APIMO

apimo.net

APIMO is a real estate software platform developed by the French provider apiwork. It is widely used in France, the Benelux countries and Italy. If you use APIMO, you can easily transfer your listings to REALPORTICO.

How to transfer listings from APIMO to REALPORTICO

  1. In your account, select APIMO under FTP access and API settings as the format/CMS.
  2. Request API access for the REALPORTICO portal from APIMO support for your agency.
  3. Access is usually enabled within 1–3 business days.
  4. Once access has been enabled, our system will retrieve the API data once a day and synchronise your property listings.

3. EstiCRM

EstiCRM is fresh web-based real estate software platform in Poland. Listings are transferred via FTP using a dedicated XML specification.

How to transfer listings from EstiCRM to REALPORTICO

  1. In your account, select EstiCRM XML under FTP access and API settings as the format/CMS.
  2. In EstiCRM, create a new portal called realportico.pl for property exports using your REALPORTICO access details.
  3. Test the connection.
  4. Export your property listings to the newly created portal.

4. ASARI

ASARI is the most widely used real estate software in Poland. Listings are transferred via FTP using XML files. Detailed instructions for configuring the property export are available here (in Polish): ASARI property export to REALPORTICO.

5. Hektor (La Boîte Immo)

Hektor is a CMS for independent real estate agencies in France. Property data is transferred via FTP upload. To connect Hektor to REALPORTICO, an API connection must be requested separately from Hektor. We charge an additional monthly fee for this integration, regardless of the number of listings transferred.

REALPORTICO is developing its own standard for the automated transfer of property listings. In the future, agencies and software providers will be able to integrate this standard into their systems.

We do not plan to support additional interfaces, data formats or proprietary standards from individual real estate software providers or general real estate portals. However, if you use your own in-house real estate software, simply send us your specifications and we can develop a custom integration for you.

Agencies without real estate software can also have their property listings transferred automatically from their own website to REALPORTICO. A one-time setup fee applies.

Listings are not transferred in real time and may take up to 24 hours to appear on REALPORTICO. Changes and removals can be made manually if required.
