This small castle is located about 12 km from Todi and about 16 km from Orvieto, along one of the most beautiful roads in Italy, offering breathtaking views of the green landscapes and picturesque villages.
The castle extends over an estate of about 20 hectares with farmland and about 8 hectares of woods, perfect for mushroom and truffle hunting. The building has an area of about 450 square meters and offers three bedrooms with private bathrooms and a separate apartment. On the first floor there is a common area with two lounges, a bathroom, a kitchen and an entrance hall. The kitchen is equipped with a wood-burning oven and a pizza oven.
From the terraces of the castle you can enjoy a great view. In the basement there is a room with a whirlpool and a sauna for relaxation. The castle has two wells, an underground gas tank and a solar thermal system for heating. In the immediate vicinity of the building is a cistern with a capacity of about 25,000 liters of vitrified cement for food. An underground gas tank supplies heating and cooking needs.
A modern solar thermal system provides heating for the central part of the building, while the tower area (which includes two suites) has its own independent gas system. The kitchen is accessible through its own entrance at the rear of the building, which is conveniently accessible by car. At the back of the building there is a recreation area with children's playground.
In the outdoor area overlooking Todi and the surrounding mountains, a large jacuzzi with seating for 7 people has been installed.
