Villa Gianna is a spacious historic villa from the end of the 19th century in the first row on Lake Maggiore, with a park of over 13,000 square meters full of vegetation and romance.
The villa extends over four levels and has a total of 6 suites. The main entrance to the property is on the top floor and leads to a spacious living room with fireplace, dining area, guest bathroom and kitchen with access to the charming veranda and large terrace.
The master suite is located on the first floor and includes a walk-in closet, private bathroom, terrace and study. The other suites each consist of a private bathroom, a living room, and some offer terraces, balconies, or private gardens.
In the basement, there's a fitness area with a pool, sauna, and gym. In addition, there is a characteristic wine cellar with a vaulted stone ceiling and a well, a laundry and drying room and a technical room.
Between 2013 and 2015, the mansion was fully restored while maintaining its historic features. The restoration work included restoring the details of the coffered ceiling in the living room, exposing the wooden beams, as well as the general renovation of the building, the private boat dock and the maintenance of the park.
Special attention was paid to modern technology, including underfloor heating under the parquet floors, smart home controls for all technical systems, as well as an alarm system and video intercom in all rooms. Each room has its own thermostat for individual temperature control.
An underpass leads from the house to the private beach and boat dock.
