3. Living area of the owner
The apartment is accessed through a separate entrance on the north side of the house. This area needs cosmetic improvements but offers a large living/dining area with open fireplace and panoramic windows overlooking the countryside, a kitchen, three double bedrooms and a bathroom and small laundry room. The attic lends itself to further expansion.
There are a number of outbuildings, one of which has already been granted permission for conversion into another independent guest house for four people.
