Original Art Nouveau villa in the historic center of Bee with a stunning panoramic location. The house has its origins in the 15th century and was remodeled in the prevailing Art Nouveau style at the beginning of the 20th century. Since then, the villa has not undergone significant renovations, so it presents itself today in a largely original condition.
The original layout with the original materials such as parquet floors, terracotta and stone fireplaces, high ceilings, and the original room layout have been fully preserved, giving the house a genuine vintage charm and character.
Since no significant maintenance work has been carried out in recent years, the house now needs to be completely renovated. The total area of 417 m² is spread over four floors with a total of 9 rooms: living/dining room and a very large kitchen on the ground floor, as well as seven bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first and second floors.
From the attic, you can access the panoramic tower, where another bedroom or a studio can be set up, offering a great panoramic view of the lake and Alpine panorama of Lago Maggiore.
The cozy, approximately 500 m² terraced garden, which leads to a magnificent view terrace, gives this venerable house a special extra touch.
BEE AT LAKE MAGGIORE
The municipality of Bee is situated at an altitude of about 600 meters and about a 15-minute drive away in the hilly area of Verbania. Bee experienced a tourism boom as early as the early 20th century when the area became a very popular holiday destination. A simple walk through the old streets brings a piece of this golden era into modern times.
