Villa Bondi was built between 1905 and 1909 by the Bondi family, Florentine merchants and founders of Manifattura di Signa. It is located in Marina di Pisa and offers approx. 10,936 sq ft of living space on a plot of about 0.86 acres with a pool.
The façade features majolica ceramics from Manifattura di Signa; window frames and cornices were produced by the family. Inside and in the garden, original pieces remain, including decorated vases, bas-reliefs, and neoclassical busts.
