This apartment is located in heart of the historic town of Toledo, in central Spain, close to main monuments and with many facilities in the surroundings.

Toledo is one of Spain's most important monumental cities, with a valuable historic center designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Today, it is a peaceful city of approximately 70,000 inhabitants, the capital of the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha and the seat of the regional government.

The building's façade, originally founded as a hospital in 1483 by Francisco Ortiz, nuncio of pope Sixto IV, dates from the late 15th century and is made of granite. Inside, a two-story courtyard opens up, featuring 16th-century granite columns.

The layout is as follows: a main living room with an open kitchen, bathed in natural light thanks to windows opening onto the courtyard; two bedrooms, one double and one single; a bathroom; and a second living room. The apartment is divided into two separate spaces connected by stairs.

The unique features of this apartment are the beautiful 16th-century wooden ceilings, restored in 2009, with their rich representation of heraldic symbols and animal motifs.

There are parking facilities nearby and all kind of services as restaurants, supermarkets, shops,  health services, etc. The town is connected by train and motorway to Madrid (70km; 1h- international airport-).
