Old Mansion in Poland: Willa Wanda in Piotrków Trybunalski

Villa Wanda in Piotrków Trybunalski is one of the few examples of Art Nouveau architecture in the city and is considered a special landmark due to its historical significance. In the long-neglected and almost forgotten Art Nouveau villa at 14 Legionów Street was the central recruitment office for the Polish Legions, from which patriotic youth departed to fight for a free homeland. The building offers numerous development opportunities.

The property consists of five structures and a natural monument:

• Building No. 1 – „Villa Wanda“, built in 1909, with a usable area of 450 m².
• Building No. 2 – „Outbuilding“, built in 1909, with a usable area of 500 m².
• Building No. 3 – Garage, built in 1919, with a usable area of 31 m².
• Two garages, with a total usable area of 62 m².
• Natural monument: Ginkgo tree (Ginkgo biloba).
