The manor in Sędzisławie is a late Baroque building listed under number A/1476/1317/J in the Monument Registry of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. It was constructed on a rectangular plan with seven axes and a hipped roof in 1785, later renovated in 1824. In the post-war period, it served as an elementary school.

Recently, the historic property has been meticulously restored and inaugurated in spring 2023. Above the main entrance portal stands the restored coat of arms of the Krzeszów Abbots. Its benefactor was the 46th Krzeszów Abbot, Placidus Mundfering.

Currently, the estate operates as a venue for various events with overnight accommodations.

Internally, it has been beautifully and authentically designed. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a sandstone floor leading to the grand hall.

Floors are made of Indian granite, with ceilings and walls adorned with stucco and elegant lighting. On the left side of the building stands a fully equipped professional kitchen. Additionally, there are guest restrooms, social and utility rooms with a heating center. Fireplaces are present on both the ground and upper floors.

A baroque oak staircase leads to the upper levels. On the upper floor, there are three apartments, additional toilets, a large room furnished with antique pieces, and a billiard bar; some works here are still ongoing. The second floor houses a total of eight guest rooms equipped with all necessary amenities, along with a small kitchenette.

The attic provides further potential for expansion. On clear days, the Snowy Peaks can be viewed from here.

The manor is equipped with modern and energy-efficient underfloor and ceiling heating systems. It utilizes water from its private source and municipal water. Furthermore, it has photovoltaics, ground and air heat pumps for heating and passive cooling, surveillance systems, and smoke detectors. Outside the building, there is a parking lot and a garage covering an area of approximately 50 m².

Under part of the building lie vaults that can be used as wine cellars or storage spaces. The property is fully fenced, with an area of 2,091 m², and the building's usable area is 743.53 m². A sandstone terrace is present on the garden side, where an additional garden pavilion is currently being constructed.

The village of Sędzisław is located about 6 kilometers north of Kamienna Góra in the Kamiennogórski district, Marciszów commune.

Due to its location in the beautiful mountainous landscape, this property is suitable for various commercial or business uses, or as a private residence. The region offers numerous opportunities for active leisure, including hiking, cycling, and proximity to major skiing areas in Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba. Additionally, the village has excellent rail connections to Jelenia Góra, Wrocław, Szklarska Poręba, Wałbrzych, and the international station in Kralovec, Czech Republic. The famous Książ Castle and many other Polish landmarks are also in close proximity.
