Kępica (“Gut Camps”) is a former estate village in West Pomerania, Poland. The manor house dates back to the early 20th century and consists of the historic main building as well as side wings that were rebuilt after a fire. It is a two-story, plastered brick structure set on a fieldstone foundation, featuring a central risalit and a gable roof. The building is fully basemented.
The property is located on the outskirts of the village within a former estate park with partially preserved mature trees, mainly beech, linden, and hornbeam. A pond and a former utility building are also present.
This is a development project with a recommended use in the medical or care sector.
Kępica, West Pomerania
The village is located approximately 100 km north of Szczecin (Stettin) and about 20 km from the Baltic Sea coast. Świnoujście (Swinemünde) and Kamień Pomorski (Cammin) are also within a short driving distance. Świnoujście offers ferry connections to Sweden and Denmark. Kamień Pomorski is a historic bishop’s town featuring a Romanesque cathedral and an internationally recognized organ tradition, and is one of the most culturally significant towns in West Pomerania.
