The palace in Brzeźnica, in Poland known as Pałac w Brzeźnicy, is a picturesque country manor in the eclectic style located in the border region between Poland and Germany. Situated in the Lebus Voivodeship, approximately 25 km from Guben in Germany, it is surrounded by a 250-year-old park and two ponds along the Bobr River.
The outbuildings, including 2 barns, stable buildings, a coach house, and a residential building for staff, have been partially renovated and have received new roofs and facades, among other improvements. Following extensive renovation work in 2021, two buildings now offer guest rooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
The hotel has been in operation for 9 years and features 2 apartments with kitchenettes in the former granary, as well as kitchen facilities, a hall for 25 people, a 3-bedroom apartment, an office with a bathroom, and 7 rooms in the so-called steward's house.
The hotel operation can be taken over separately or partially as part of a partnership project in the tourism-rehabilitation sector.
Within the palace, which boasts numerous historical elements such as a grand staircase, stucco, and coffered ceilings, there is a library, a large hall, and a café lounge.
