Wojnowice is a small village in the municipality of Osieczna (Wielkopolska), located on the road between Leszno and Śrem. The manor house is situated within a landscaped park and is registered as a historic monument. It is a two-storey building with a full basement, a convertible attic, and a hipped roof. A granary also belongs to the property; both buildings require renovation.

Within approximately 100 meters, there are several lakes, including Wojnowickie, Drzeczkowskie, Witosławskie, Jezierzyckie, and Wonieckie.
