Manor estate with a total area of 47 hectares (116 acres), comprising a listed manor house, farm buildings, a former outfarm and contiguous agricultural land. The property consists of four separate registered parcels. Acquisition is also possible for buyers who are not registered farmers in Poland.
The single-storey manor house with basement, attic suitable for conversion and a total area of over 600 m² forms the center of the estate. It is the only building on the property entered in the heritage register.

Due to the location and site conditions, wine cultivation could be considered on an area of approximately 30 hectares. The existing buildings offer potential for complementary uses such as a processing facility and a guesthouse with around 25 rooms, combined with event spaces, accommodation or other concepts compatible with the character of the estate.
A permit from the relevant authorities is also available for the future installation of a photovoltaic system on approximately 20 hectares.
Alternatively, the manor house with the former outfarm and park can be acquired separately without the agricultural land.
Manor house development concept
A development concept for the manor house and remaining buildings has been prepared and approved by the responsible heritage conservation authority.
The estate is currently maintained by a local caretaker familiar with the property, who may also support a future owner during further development.
