Castello di Oliveto is a large Tuscan estate centred on a 15th-century castle arranged around an internal courtyard, with towers, perimeter walkways and a consecrated private chapel that is still used for weddings. The estate covers more than 1,235 acres and serves as the base of an established agricultural operation producing wine and olive oil under its own label.
In addition to the castle, the property comprises a group of buildings including farmhouses, guest accommodation and ancillary structures. Some are currently used for hospitality purposes, while others require restoration.
Location
Castello di Oliveto is located between Florence and Siena in a rural setting. Florence is approximately 30 km away and Siena around 50 km. San Gimignano, Volterra and Pisa are within driving distance. Florence Airport can be reached in approximately 30 minutes.

18th-century villa and farm buildings
Near the castle is an 18th-century villa of approximately 1,150 sq m over three floors, with a central turret. The semi-basement contains service rooms, while the upper floors follow the layout typical of Tuscan villas of the period, with reception rooms and bedrooms.
