The small village of Cesi is situated at an altitude of 437 meters above sea level on the slopes of Monte Eolo. It offers a terrace with views over Terni and the entire Ternano basin, with vistas extending for dozens of kilometers. In 2021, the municipality of Terni introduced a pilot project for the renewal of the village.
The project is currently underway, with completion expected by 2026. The goal is to enhance Cesi with new attractions, focusing particularly on the development of outdoor sports, as well as the appreciation of cultural heritage and archaeological sites.
The spacious building is located on the edge of the village and is easily accessible. It is just 10 kilometers from the center of Terni and 5 kilometers from the entrance to the expressway in both directions (North and South). The property includes a large garage that can comfortably accommodate two vehicles.
A notable feature is the spacious tavern with a fireplace on the ground floor, partially carved into the rock, providing excellent climate control. In addition to this room, there is another large space used as a storage area, as well as an additional room serving as a workshop. Also worth mentioning is the small tower with a separate entrance on the ground floor, which could serve as a small annex.
