Partly refurbished chateau some 60 kilometers to the north of Prague. The front of the property is facing the public park. The 2.4 hectars of land (i.e. 6 acres) are situated behind the chateau and are built on by buildings of technical and farming character.  The chateau itself has a total floor area of 3000 sq. meters. There are about 50 rooms and premises of different sizes, only some 12 have been refurbished. There is a spacious hall with high ceiling and a chapel. On the ground floor there is a café. The rest of the main chateau building does not have heating, nor does it have bathrooms. On the park side there is a new facade. One of the farm buildings used to be a horse stable with nice columns. The property is connected to public water supply, in addition to that it has four water wells.
