Old Castle Hugstetten ("Altes Schloss") is a listed historic estate in March-Hugstetten in the Breisgau region of southwestern Germany. The property covers approximately 4,000 sqm (final survey pending) and forms a cohesive ensemble of historically significant buildings adjoining the Hugstetten Castle Park.
Main House The Old Castle itself, originally built around 1670 as the administrative residence of the estate, is a protected cultural monument. It offers approximately 220 sqm of living space across two full floors. Original room layouts, central circulation, and period proportions are largely intact.
Outbuildings A separate historic guest house provides approximately 113 sqm and works equally well as a guest residence, multigenerational living, or an independent unit within the ensemble. The property also includes a former tithe barn with significant conversion potential and an orangery currently used as an artist's studio.
