The Gustaw Schreer Mansion

Villa of the cotton manufacturer Gustaw Adolf Schreer at ul. Narutowicza 48 in Łódź. The neo-Renaissance building is a Gustaw Gutenteger project from 1893. The villa, which was heavily remodelled and neglected in the post-war period, was abandoned for many years and was acquired by a private investor in 2014. It was restored very lavishly and largely true to the original. Today, the rooms are rented to various companies, and there is also a restaurant in the building (2020).
