Eliza Wielopolska Palace in Warsaw

The so-called Eliza Wielopolska Palace is one of the historical residences on Aleje Ujazdowskie Street in Warsaw. The street is one of the most important sights of the Polish capital due to its numerous magnificent buildings. Here you can find mainly formerly great noble houses and various embassies.

The building was erected in 1875 for the director of the National Bank of Poland Antoni Nagórny. After the Second World War it was the seat of the British Embassy until 2008.
