Abandoned Mansion in Eastern Germany: Iron Gate

The wrought-iron gate with "socialist topping" of Villa Naether in Zeitz in Burgenlandkreis is still beautifully preserved in contrast to the building.

In the meantime, the provincial town in Saxony-Anhalt has developed into a place for art and culture. Many of the listed villas from the age of industrialization are now renovated and put to new use.
