Located in the hills of central Tuscany at an elevation of around 500 meters, this estate once belonged to a Florentine marquis. After 25 years of abandonment, it was purchased in 1980 and has since been carefully restored, preserving its original buildings.
The main house has two floors. On the ground level, there is a large kitchen with dining area, a living room with fireplace, a study and a bathroom. Upstairs are four bedrooms and another bathroom. The house is in livable condition, though certain upgrades could enhance comfort and efficiency. The windows offer wide views across the Arno Valley.
Two additional two-story outbuildings have been converted into guest apartments. One of them includes a cellar with its own entrance. Nearby, a traditional stone building serves as a workshop and storage space.
A 14 x 5 meter pool is set on the property, with a dedicated technical room for the pump and filtration system. About 500 meters from the main buildings stands a large barn of approximately 226 m², currently used for farm equipment but suitable for conversion into stables or other uses.
The estate spans around 88 hectares, including olive groves, garden areas and woodland. Water is supplied independently via a 32-meter-deep well and a 5,000-liter storage tank located 15 meters above the buildings, ensuring steady pressure. Several small ponds, both natural and man-made, are scattered across the land - some fed by springs and featuring small waterfalls.
All buildings are connected to a 220 V / 5 kW power system, with partial access to 380 V current. The property also includes private parking, a garage, terraces and outdoor spaces arranged for practical use.
