The building is known locally as the "House of the Government" and was built in 1844 by landowner Wojciech Morawski. Originally it served as the main residence of the owner. It is a listed frame building (reg. no.: 1483/A of 17.01.1994) on a rectangular ground plan with one floor plus attic. The north and south-west sides were later extended with newer additions. The house has a three-axis central risalite with wooden porch with a balcony in the upper part.
The total area is 450 m², the fenced plot measures 1 hectare. Renovation has been partially started inside, among others a bathroom has been renewed.
