Replica 18th century baroque manor in Silesia

I am selling a replica of a baroque manor house from the 18th century with a plot of approx. 1.6 hectares in the commune of Kłomnice, Silesian Voivodeship. The property consists of two parts and can also be purchased by people who are not farmers.

The country house was rebuilt on the basis of documents from a manor house that no longer exists. The well-kept and tasteful property comprises a developed first floor and an attic that can be converted. The building was erected in 2008 in timber construction and has a hipped roof with tiled roofing. Inside there is central heating and a stove for eco-pea coal. On warm days, the water is heated by an air pump. The house has a partial basement, the windows and doors are made of wood, the staircase to the attic is also made of wood, and the rooms and kitchen have wooden floors made of oak and spruce. The bathrooms are tiled and the waste water is disposed of by a biological sewage treatment plant.

There is also an old earth cellar of 15 square meters and a tool shed of 32 square meters on the property. A 100-meter-long acacia avenue leads to the manor house.
