The mansion of textile manufacturer Herrmann Schneider was built in 1905 in the Neorenaissance style. It is located in the center of Bielsko-Biała (Bielitz-Biala), Silesia, and is considered an important architectural witness to the industrialization of Upper Silesia.
The property underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2014. The facade, roof, windows, doors, fence, and outdoor areas were restored. The garden is equipped with an irrigation system and lighting. Driveways and parking areas are paved with granite.
The building has a total area of 1,770 m², including approximately 1,300 m² of usable space. The fenced 4,430 m² lot offers parking for up to 36 vehicles.
The four floors feature a functional layout suitable for various uses such as offices, medical practices, hotels, restaurants, or educational institutions.
Additionally, there is a renovated outbuilding (former carriage house) of about 50 m² on the property.
The location is in a mixed-use urban area with good transport connections and full utilities.
