The historic property for sale in Trzcinno Pałac w Trzcinnie was built for the famous Pomeranian noble family Massow and was called "Gut Rohr" (Rummelsburg district in Pomerania) until 1945. After a fire it was rebuilt in 1911 in the present neobaroque style. A representative driveway leads to the two-story manor standing on a hill. The courtyard side is dominated by a stately central risalite with an oval gable and portico. On the south and west side there is a terrace extension each. The terrace of the south side is roofed with decorative columns.
The castle has a beautiful park of 5 hectares, which slopes down to the lake side. In the park there is also a small pond and many rare tree species. The total area is 1,700 m². The property is fully enclosed with a metal fence as well as a stone wall. The access is through a forged gate.
The property is municipally developed, water and electricity are available. Part of the attic is renovated and habitable. Here was created a small living space with several rooms, bathroom and kitchen.
In order to return this mansion to its former beauty, a complete renovation is necessary. With the appropriate amount of work, perseverance, ideas and financial possibilities, a magical place can be created here, ideally suited for residential and commercial purposes of all kinds.
This polish country estate is listed as a protected monument of the Pomeranian Voivodeship under the registration number A-270.
