This sanctuary was created from scratch by Dutch scenographer and total artist Urian Hopman. Nothing here is accidental; every item, wall, and window has been carefully considered, designed, and, in most cases, handcrafted specifically for this place. 

Location 
The entire project began with a fascination for the location. The village of Tarczyn is situated within the Bóbr Valley Landscape Park and lies on an elevation, offering picturesque panoramas of the surrounding mountain ranges. The view is breathtaking both at dawn and at sunset, providing a daily spectacle of light and natural sounds.

The village itself, beyond its unique location with spectacular views, is extraordinary—it is the smallest village in the Western Sudetes where time seems to have stood still. The village survived World War II untouched, and since 1945, no new buildings have been constructed. A single asphalt road leads into the village, ending amidst fields—there are no accidental visitors here; only those for whom Tarczyn is the destination and the journey's end.

Another unique aspect is the number of permanent residents—Tarczyn has fewer than 20 inhabitants, mainly artists and individuals connected to the world of culture and art, forming a remarkable and conscious community. The village hosts annual artistic picnics, various events, exhibitions, and workshops. Several wonderful agritourism establishments operate here, catering to a similar clientele and coexisting harmoniously.

Buildings
Enchanted by the atmosphere of this place, Urian acquired one of the most beautifully situated plots on the edge of the village, offering unobstructed views of the open space and two old German farm buildings.

Over the years, the buildings underwent thorough renovation and were adapted into a residential building with an art studio and a small, intimate agritourism establishment in the spirit of bio and slow life, allowing others to share in the magic of this place.

2-Person Apartment – The Louise
Decorated in pastel shades in a vintage style with a beautiful mountain view through large panoramic windows. The highlight of this room is a large bed designed and handcrafted specifically for this interior. The curtains and upholstery of the chairs and armchairs were also designed, hand-dyed, and made exclusively for this room.

2-Person House – The Main
A meticulously restored 18th-century inn decorated in a rustic style, featuring a private living room, atmospheric kitchen, terrace, and stylish bedroom with over 200-year-old original mirrors and sideboards. Spanning over 200 m², it is a place where every art and design enthusiast will feel like Alice in Wonderland—the interior, maintained in a slightly eclectic style, impresses with its coherence and attention to detail upon closer inspection.

2-Person Apartment – The Arches
An interior in a very rustic style combining modernity with the charm of a cozy, country cottage. It features a private fireplace and direct access to the garden.

10-Person Apartment – The Loft
This is the largest space in the property, consisting of five separate double rooms connected by a large shared living room with a kitchen. Each room is decorated in a different style and ambiance. The interior spans 200 m².

Additionally, there is a 200 m² floor available for further arrangement, currently housing a living area and an art studio. The entire space is bathed in natural light pouring through large panoramic windows, offering a stunning view of the mountain ranges.

Technical Information:

• All furnishings and decor of the guesthouse are included in the price (excluding private items and elements of sentimental value, which will be indicated during the property presentation).
• Both buildings have undergone complete renovation, with entirely new structural elements—the interiors are styled to appear original (new flooring, replaced ceilings), all windows are new, water treatment systems, an electric car charging station, a heat pump, and photovoltaic panels are installed.
