This historic estate features a protected building listed in the national heritage register since 1988 under No. A/3057/918/J. Originally built as a Renaissance castle in the 16th century, it was converted into a manor house on its original foundations at the end of the 19th century and later used as a residential property.

The property is located within the protected historic center of the village of Lipa and lies in an area of archaeological significance.
