Kujau (today Pałac w Kujawach), located in the Opole Voivodeship, is a historic castle complex dating back to the second half of the 19th century, built on the foundations of a former baroque structure. The main building seamlessly merges with a representative new wing in the neo-baroque style from around 1900. Together, the two structures form an impressive ensemble in a U-shaped layout, preserving its historical character to this day.

Many original architectural elements are still well-preserved in both parts of the castle complex, offering an authentic glimpse into the feudal life of past centuries. However, initial restoration efforts were interrupted years ago, leaving a significant need for further renovation. Nevertheless, the castle presents excellent potential for a forward-looking restoration with diverse possibilities for future use.

The total area of the property is approximately 5,400 m², with a park and pond spanning 3 hectares. The 52,800 m³ volume further emphasizes the potential for visionary projects in a truly unparalleled historical setting.
