Former country estate with an abandoned palace in need of major renovation in the municipality of Śrem, Wielkopolska.

 

The palace from the early 19th century covers 795 m² and is surrounded by an intact park of 3.8 hectares. It is a registered monument of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship, listed under the number 1913/A dated 21.03.1983, together with the park under the number 2038/A dated 2.01.1986.

 

The main building has an L-shaped ground plan and is characterized by playful, eclectic forms. A spacious terrace opens a great view of the old riverbed of the Warta as well as the surrounding fields and the castle park. The overall location is very rural and quiet. The property is fenced - from the closed entrance gate an asphalted avenue leads to the manor house.

 

Basic infrastructure (electricity, water) is available.

 

Within the park there are three oaks protected as natural monuments, as well as impressive specimens of elms, maples, ash trees and acacias.
