The manor in Moravany near Ronov nad Doubravou was built after 1718 based on a design by Jan Blažej Santini-Aichel, one of the most important architects of Bohemian Baroque.
The estate comprises the main building with 19 rooms (325 m² of built area), a park of 1,135 m², and part of a service building with 547 m². The total land area is 2,549 m².
A renovation has been started but was not completed. There are no strict restrictions on future use; the new owner has broad freedom to develop and utilize the property.
Moravany is located in the Pardubice region, one of Bohemia’s historically dense cultural landscapes, shaped by noble estates, monasteries, and a long-established architectural heritage between the Elbe River and the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands. The nearby small town of Ronov nad Doubravou is one of the oldest settlements in the region. The regional city of Pardubice is approximately 40 kilometers away, while Prague is about 100 kilometers from the property.
