The manor is located about 27 km from Konin in Greater Poland ("Wielkopolska") and was built in the second half of the 19th century for the Słubicki family. The architect was Stanisław Hebanowski (1820–1898), who also designed, among other works, the theatre in Poznań.

The mansion consists of several parts and features a three-story tower. On the courtyard side, there is a columned portico crowned by a triangular tympanum, decorated with floral motifs. The first floor is adorned with an arcaded gallery. On the garden side, there is a quarter-circular gallery with stairs, offering beautiful views of the garden and the lake. The interiors are decorated with stucco ceilings featuring floral motifs, and wooden carved friezes and garlands are preserved on the walls.

The total area of the building is approximately 2000 m², while the park area, including the lake, spans about 4 hectares. The trees in the park have been fully cataloged.

The mansion has undergone extensive renovations: the facade has been restored, and all windows, doors, and installations have been renewed. The first floor features large rooms that can be used for restaurant and conference purposes, a richly decorated ballroom, and a restored library. The walls and ceilings are adorned with restored stucco work. A decorative staircase leads to the second floor, which houses a total of six suites.

The tower room offers a spectacular view of the lake. The building is nearly fully renovated and awaits a new owner with an approved project plan. The land register and mortgage register are unencumbered.

Utilities
Electricity, water, septic tank, sewerage (in the street), gas, fiber optics, heating with oil furnace. The property is fully fenced, with access via an electric gate through an asphalt road.
