Baroque castle in Mirošov, West Bohemia

Splendid baroque castle with English park near Pilsen (Plzeň) for sale, built in 1719-1723 in place of an old Renaissance castle. The chateau, park, walkways and the gardens are very well maintained and completely surrounded by a surrounding wall.

The castle is a two-story building with a north wing built on the foundations of the old Renaissance castle. In the castle courtyard there is a fountain, the main entrance is very elaborately designed with representative entrance portal. In the entrance hall with barrel vault (112 m²) is the representative staircase to the second floor with access to the side wing.

In the palace all historical architectural details are very well preserved and in excellent condition. The window niches and indented window sills are decorated with wood carvings. Between the entrance to the oval hall and the entrance to the adjoining room is a mirror, behind which is hidden a slender spiral staircase - a secret passage to the rooms in the tower (77 m²).

On the second floor there are seven rooms. The representative banquet hall (75 m²) is located directly above the first floor in an oval bay window and is accessible from the neighboring rooms. The flat ceiling of the hall has a rich stucco ceiling. A glazed door leads to a balcony lined with stone balustrades overlooking the chateau park.

In the northern wing, the original Renaissance cellars with an area of 114.9 m² have been preserved. They can be used as wine storage or bar. On the first floor, the owner built a stylish café and bar (86 m²), as well as toilets and two apartments of 31 m² and 26 m². On the second floor, four apartments of 42, 41, 29 and 40 square meters were created.

The castle also includes two buildings of a former brewery (1 000 sqm and 253 sqm, and cellar 276 sqm) as well as a granary (3 floors of 1 000 sqm and a cellar of 200 sqm) and a residential building with three apartments 4+1 (84 sqm), 5+kt (129 sqm) and utility rooms (174 sqm).
