The manor house in Smaszew was built in the late 19th century. It is a single-storey building with a two-storey risalit and has a usable floor area of 550 sqm on a plot of approximately 3.49 hectares. The risalit is framed by Corinthian columns and topped with a triangular pediment. Access is via an external staircase.
From the entrance hall, the living rooms extend to the left and right. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor.
The park, with plane trees, maples, lindens, and a large oak, was laid out in the second half of the 19th century. At the end of the park there is a pond. The property also includes a meadow that can be used as an orchard or vegetable garden.
All utility connections need to be newly installed. Access is via a wide entrance gate and an asphalt road. Konin is 27 km away, Warsaw about 220 km (approx. 2.5 hours via highway), Poznań approx. 1.5 hours.
The property is listed and requires substantial investment to restore habitability.
