Neo-Baroque Palace in Silesia from the Second Half of the 19th Century.
The palace, built in the second half of the 19th century, combines neobaroque and classical elements. It is a plastered brick building on a rectangular plan, with a basement, two stories, and a hipped roof with newer tile dormers. The facade (north facade) features seven axes with a central risalit, housing the main entrance and crowned by a prominent pediment. In front of the risalit, there is a columned porch supporting a balcony. The rear view mirrors the plan of the facade. Some architectural details have been preserved on the facades: rectangular framing of window openings, a prominent cornice, and rusticated corners.
The building is equipped with electricity, water, and sewage supply, and its technical condition is good. All ceilings in the palace have been replaced with reinforced concrete ceilings. All project arrangements have been made, an inventory has been conducted, and a construction project with all conservation arrangements has been approved.
