Stradzewo manor was built in 1850 in the Neoclassical style and constructed on a rectangular plan over three stories and ten bays. It features usable basement and attic floors. Later, a lateral extension and a veranda were added.
The manor is surrounded by a historic estate park and outbuildings. The palace has a pronounced architectural mass, with its central part projecting forward and adorned with a columned portico. The windows are rectangular and highlighted with architectural cornices.
Partial renovation work has already been carried out. There is an approved project for converting the building into a boutique hotel with 21 rooms, coordinated with the heritage authority. Additionally, there is an inventory of the building, construction plans, and a positive statement from the preservation officer. The usable area of the palace is 1,535 m², with approximately 600 m² of residential space.
Other buildings:
- Former stable from the 19th century
- Former dovecote in the form of a turret surrounded by a low octagon, also from the 19th century.
The park of 3,4 ha is surrounded by access avenues from the middle of the 19th century. It is dominated by chestnut, linden, oak and maple trees, some of which are 100 to 150 years old.
Note on tax exemption:
