For sale is a castle and park located a short distance from Wrocław (about 30 minutes drive) in Lower Silesia. It is a majestic manor house in neo-Renaissance style, built between 1880 and 1890. The purchase offer also includes the park with old trees and castle pond.

The site is located on a section of hilly fields with a wide view. The manor house is accessed from the main road via an interesting driveway with exposed tree roots that are a kind of harbinger of what awaits the new owners: indeed, a drive through the ravine transports you to another time. Demanding cyclists know this place, also film scenes have been shot in this particular environment.

Surrounded by greenery, the place is an enclave of tranquility and intimacy. People usually fall silent here and merge with the sounds of nature - the rustling of trees, the chirping of birds, the croaking of frogs or the sounds of ducks that always arrive here. In the middle of the pond there is a romantic island with weeping willows. The garden has many unusual trees, which makes it very special.

The quality of the soil is amazing - the vegetation is healthy and instead of "country air" there is plenty of fresh air to feel good. However, too much interference with the nature of the park can spoil its charm. Behind the pond, although already outside the property boundaries of the manor house, there is a hill with a continuation of the ravine, from there sometimes come deer and deer. A flowing stream separates the boundaries belonging to the manor from the ravine, but in fact these boundaries are blurred and the forest is perceived as if it belonged to the estate.

A separate but mysterious place in the garden is the old ice cellar with its brick vaults, from which - according to stories - there was apparently also a passage to the manor house.

The building itself is an imposing sight next to a huge plane tree on one side and a large magnolia on the other. The mansion is a plastered brick building, two stories high with five risalites and a hipped roof with dormers. Some of the windows and doors are closed with a semicircle, other windows are plain and framed in stone. All corners are decorated with convex stone slabs.

The four levels (basement, first floor, second floor, attic) have an area of about 220 m² each.

In the high basement all rooms are lit by daylight. The basement is characterized by the magnificent brick vaults and the original preserved floor. This is where the servants once prepared the meals, which were transported up by elevator or by a magical spiral staircase.

At the entrance of the mansion, the view falls on the naturally preserved vanilla black floor, then follow a few stone steps and finally the representative open staircase to the second floor with a balustrade decorated with floral motifs. It is certainly touched by the "ravages of time", but still has all its charm. Different light constantly falls on the staircase through the huge windows. This place is a unique backdrop for atmospheric photos. Both the first floor and the upper floor have 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The attic is large and offers ample light and expansion servers. It is in good condition with massive beams.

The whole property needs a general renovation. A place for lovers or people with good business or use ideas who see the beauty of this period, because never a new building will give the same atmosphere as such old and historic walls.

The interior of the mansion was looted by Soviet and German soldiers and then carelessly given to many families who rather did not understand the beauty of the mansion. On the other hand, the building itself is very thoughtful, solid and has beautiful stonework inside. It was partially uncovered because it could make an original background for future interior decoration.

Overall, the building gives many suggestions. It is suitable as a family residence, a hotel, spa, medical clinic, perhaps a large nursery or just the individual corporate property with training center.

Both the garden and the interiors make excellent photo subjects. The building is registered in the register of monuments.
