Eclectic polish mansion  in Lodz voivodeship, built towards the end of the 19th century. It is a plastered brick building with a two-storey cracked alite. The rectangular ground plan is extended by various annexes and a terrace. Restoration was started a few years ago, but the work came to a halt and is to be continued by the new owner. Overall, the building has a solid structure. Inside, the original wooden staircase, old doors, floor tiles and occasional stuccoes are preserved. The associated park with small lake and old trees covers a total of 5 hectares.

Monument Status:
The building is not listed in the National Register of Historical Monuments and thus is not under the supervision of the Lodz Voivodeship Monument Preservation Officer.
It is a regional monument, registered in the list of monuments of the piotrkowski district.
Due to the "simpler monument status" there is much more freedom in the redevelopment by the new owners.

Property location:
The manor house is situated in a rural location in the commune of Wolbórz, south of the city of Lodz in the voivodeship of the same name.
