Former manor house in Bronów (Pałac w Bronowie), Góra municipality, on the border of Lower Silesia and Greater Poland.
Registered, fully subsidized architectural monument (new law "Pałacyk Plus") with the number Reg. No.: 1147/A: grange and manor, last quarter of the 19th century and 1st quarter of the 20th century.
Area of the palace: 1,800 sq.m.
Land size: 4.16 ha.
The two-story palace has a high and dry basement and has a developed attic. The manor house was rebuilt after 1945 and was the seat of a school. In the attic there are still the former dormitories and on the first floor there are the classrooms. The building was used until 2003, but overall it is in an acceptable condition due to technical protection.
Plastered brick construction, foundation bricked with fieldstones, roof covered with plain tiles and in the flat areas with tar paper.
Isolated historical elements are preserved, an entrance hall decorated with arcades and pilasters, old doors, fireplace on the first floor and sparse stucco in the classrooms. The building has two balconies overlooking the park and fields. The park is partially fenced, there is a pond with an area of about 1,800 m², farm buildings from 1911 and another building that can be demolished or renovated.
The property is developed: sanitary facilities, electricity and central heating.
