The historic country estate is situated in the heart of the Tramuntana mountains, overlooking the sea, and appears entirely enchanting due to its magical location and enviable views. With its 311 hectares, it is one of the most significant properties in the Tramuntana mountain range, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The focal point of the four-story main building, spanning 1,520 m², is the classical Sa Clastra Patio. This unique noble estate offers a variety of traditional room styles, lounges, outbuildings, cellars, dining rooms, kitchens, a historic defense tower, and a Mediterranean landscape with olive, carob, pine, fruit, and oak trees. The owner of this estate was once obligated, by order of the king, to provide at least two knights with two horses each to notify and protect the king in case of sighting dangers along the coast. The property played a significant strategic role, as it was associated with the Camino Real, the Puigpunyent and Estellencs association.
