Neobarokowa willa fabrykanta bawełny Roberta Schweikerta. Budynek z reprezentacyjnym dziedzińcem i częścią parkową został wzniesiony w latach 1910-1913 i zachował się do dziś w znacznym stopniu w stanie oryginalnym. Od lat 90. jest własnością Centrum Studiów Europejskich Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego.
