The house was built in the mid-19th century for landowner Rudolf von Gersdorff in the style of a Berlin villa, combining elements of Historicism with influences of Neo-Renaissance and Late Classicism.

Locally, the monument is known as Dwór w Studzieńcu. THE MANOR: The freestanding building is partially basemented, single-story with an attic. It is set on a stone foundation, with brick walls and a half-timbered structure.
