We are selling our contemporary modernized castle in the Franconian Lake District between Nuremberg and Ingolstadt – private sale with no commission. The Stopfenheim/Ellingen bailiff's castle was built in 1716 by the famous master builder Franz Keller on a moated castle from the 13th century.

This rococo hunting chateau has been built in the middle of the 19th century on the foundations of an older chateau. The whole complex consists of 6 buildings: chateau, house of the administrator, the grove, staff building, chapel and a garage. It is situated in the middle of forests above the river, close to the border with Germany. The spa town of Karlovy Vary is 25 km away.

The historic property for sale: in Trzcinno Pałac w Trzcinnie was built for the famous Pomeranian noble family Massow and was called "Gut Rohr" (Rummelsburg district in Pomerania) until 1945. After a fire it was rebuilt in 1911 in the present neobaroque: style. A representative driveway leads to the two-story manor standing on a hill.
