The manor house is located in the municipality of Śmigiel (Greater Poland) and is being offered by the State Forests under an official negotiated sales procedure.
In addition to the main building, the property includes a gatehouse and a former utility building. The entire estate covers an area of 22,348 m² and forms a fully enclosed, park-like complex.
The property has not been in use since 2016 and is therefore in need of renovation. No binding zoning plan exists for the area; future use concepts may be coordinated individually with the relevant authorities. The property is listed as a protected monument under register number 1555A; any structural alterations are subject to approval. The property is free of encumbrances and has a clearly defined legal status.
The acquisition is carried out through a structured negotiation process with a minimum price of approximately PLN 563,400 (approx. EUR 130,000), and the sale is exempt from VAT. Interested parties are required to submit a written application in advance and provide a security deposit of approximately PLN 56,340. A key condition for completion of the purchase is full payment of the purchase price prior to notarization.
The negotiation meeting is scheduled to take place on April 28, 2026, in Kościan.
The tender process may be terminated at any time without stating reasons. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase without justified cause, the security deposit will be forfeited.
