Manor house with fire damage for sale - the building was damaged by a roof truss fire 2 years ago. Except for the roof tiles, all damaged parts of the roof have been renewed so far. For the completion of the roof there is a cost estimate of about 250 000 zł (about 54 000 EUR).

Traces of the fire damage still need to be removed in other areas of the house.

Until the fire, the building was profitably operated as a hotel "Dworek Sople", accommodating 42 guests. The two-story building on a rectangular ground plan was built in 1860 for the Kahle family of landowners. In 1869, the landscape park with two ponds belonging to the property was laid out. It was designed by the famous garden architect Johann Larras.

From the manor house a dead-end path leads through a small forest to the lake "Jezioro Ruda Woda". Here you can swim and do water sports.

The manor is well situated between Ostróda and Elbląg on the Brick Gothic Route, where there are many interesting monuments of the Western Mazury, such as castles and monasteries of the Teutonic Order and the bishops of Warmia.

You can reach the S7 expressway connecting Warsaw with Gdańsk in a few minutes.

There are development possibilities for a total of 2 hectares of the property, i.e. in consultation with the monument protection officer, new buildings can be erected with a view to resuming hotel operations or any other use.

Only the park is listed, for the rest of the manor house there are no official monument restrictions for the buyer!
