Historic Inn in Warsaw

ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 56, Warszawa

Historical building in Krakow Suburb No. 56. It was built in 1780 as an inn. Around 1865 it received the neoclassical facade. Interesting is the arched niche, which extends over three floors, as well as various annexes with wooden galleries in the courtyard. The inn burned down in 1944 and was rebuilt in 1946 - 1948. Since that time it has been a dormitory for students of the Frédéric Chopin University of Music.
