After the political shift, many estates remained unused for many years. It was only in the 2000s that a growing desire for rural fulfillment emerged, and due to the proximity to the capital, Berlin, these properties increasingly came into focus for potential buyers. In two volumes, 828 properties are described in detail. Despite outdated descriptions, it remains a valuable source for personal research and inspiration for purchasing a country estate.
