Casa Del Monastero is a stone house perched on the side of a hill overlooking a breath-taking view, painted with the area’s mountains, castles and turrets. The property comprises of two floors that currently form two separate living units, connected by an external staircase. Each level has various exits to spacious panoramic terraces and garden areas via characteristic wooden doors.

The ground floor offers a spacious living room connected to a panoramic dining room, three en-suite bedrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Casa Del Monastero is 20 minutes from the first nearby towns, such as Pietralunga and Umbertide, which guarantees maximum privacy and tranquillity. However, a short walk away is an excellent panoramic restaurant and the historic San Faustino Abbey.
