The present manor was built at the end of the 19th century in place of an older, burnt-down predecessor building. It is situated on a small hill surrounded by the park of 4 hectares in total and by the Górne Resko Lake from 3 sides. A part of the park is a peninsula that flows into the water of the lake. The park is registered in the Register of Historical Monuments under No. 1051 dated 27.06.1978. Manor house and buildings as a manor park complex, reg. no. 1167 of 06.06.1983.
Stare Resko with the former name Gut Ritzig was a Pomeranian manor owned by several well-known families, including the Flotow family from Mecklenburg. The last lord of the manor and the builder of the present manor house was Richard Spiller.
The total area of the estate is 46.21 hectares. The manor house has a floor area of about 600 m² and stands on a high basement, which is fully developed. On the side, a veranda with park and lake view has been built. In front of the entrance of the building there is a terrace.
The mansion was built at the end of the 19th century in neoclassical style and was rebuilt again in 1922. On the first floor there are spacious, amphitheatrically arranged rooms with a reception area and a large hall. The original decorations have been preserved in the rooms on the first floor. On the second floor there are guest rooms with private bathrooms. In total, the house can accommodate up to 50 people. A historic wooden staircase and an additional service staircase lead to the second floor. On the first floor, the door and window frames are made of wood, as well as plank and parquet floors.
The historic park with old trees was created in the second half of the 19th century and is located in a beautiful secluded location. There is a lookout pavilion and a footbridge. Furthermore, there is an observation point for nature lovers and ornithologists, from which it is possible to observe the wildlife and what is happening on the lake. Part of the park is a peninsula that juts into the lake and forms a promontory from which there is an impressive view of the manor house.

The manor is accessible by an asphalt road, the property is connected to all utilities: electricity, water - own hydrophore, septic tank, internet.

The village "Stare Resko" is located on the edge of the Drawsko Landscape Park in West Pomerania, about 66 km from Kołobrzeg. In about 40-50 minutes you are at the Baltic Sea.
