Fence, wall or high hedges: privacy with a fully enclosed property

In particular, buyers who want to use a prestigious property for private residential purposes attach importance to undisturbed privacy. Anyone who occupies a historic property such as a castle or a large villa that is visible in public space often finds themselves exposed to photo tourists.

The fact that special properties and cultural monuments generate a certain amount of public interest is basically "normal" and often desirable. In the case of private residential properties, however, uninhibited curiosity is in most cases undesirable.

While simple options like loose barrier tape or signs like "Private Property: No Trespassing" are often brazenly ignored, fenced properties offer better protection against trespassing by uninvited visitors standing outside your window on a Sunday morning, camera in hand.
